Our 30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange beyond this period for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging. For the safety of our customers, we only accept returns on vapes if the candy strip is still sealed. However, if an error occurs on our end and you receive the incorrect flavor, nicotine strength, or size, we’ll gladly exchange it, provided the candy strip is unopened.
Certain goods are exempt from being returned. These include any opened or tampered bottles, and used hardware. We do not accept returns if a forwarder cannot find an MSDS sheet for the items, and we do not provide MSDS sheets when shipping domestically.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility and are non-refundable. If the item you’re returning is over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Our Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
In Case of Damaged or Missing Products/Orders
Upon receiving your order, if you find product damage, broken bottles, incorrect flavors, or nicotine levels, etc., please take a picture of the products and email them to us along with a brief description of the problem at email@example.com. Our customer support team is always ready to assist you in resolving any issues.
Our Dead on Arrivals (DOA) Policy
All “Dead on Arrivals” (DOA), Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt as it’s your responsibility to check within this time span and notify us of any problems. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
